    在义务教育阶段，大部分小学开设了信息技术课程，目的是培养学生的信息技术素养，提高他们的创新实践能力。当今信息化时代背景下，计算机已成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分，在信息处理、电子经济贸易、科学研究、工业现代化生产等方面，计算机起着极其重要的作用，计算机的应用技术也已成为现代人们所必须掌握的关键技术。
