    Abstract：

    新课程改革背景下，提倡构建高效课堂，在有效完成教学任务的基础上，提升课堂教学质量与效率。在“互联网+”信息技术背景下，推动了高中历史教学改革进程，为教学改革带来了崭新的方式方法，将信息技术应用到高中历史课堂教学中，为高中历史课堂带来了丰富的教学资源。因此，高中历史教师要改变传统的教学理念与教学方法，重新调整教学策略，在教授学生历史知识的同时，提升学生的历史素养。
