Abstract：

现如今，小学数学的课堂导入教学过程中，仍然存在着许多不足之处，俗话说：好的开头，是成功的一半，我们作为教师要特别注重课堂的导入方式。要体现学生的主体地位，培养学生自主学习能力的培养。教师在导入中，对学生的学习心理和状态要了解，为更好的上好一节小学数学课，今天就小学数学课堂的导入方式进行初步探索。
