    在教育改革的背景下，社会渐渐对小学学生的素质教育越来越关注，小学学生是国家未来的栋梁，“少年强则国强”，且小学阶段对于学生而言是认知和习惯的培养阶段，所以小学学生的素质教育必须要被广大教育者足够的重视，更要把小学素质教育管理的核心思想放在小学学生本身素质培养上，进行必要的创新和优化，以回归到教育教学原本目的。
