Abstract：
练习听力是初中英语教学的基本组成内容。听力教学的有效开展，主要体现在学生听力成绩的提高上。而且也表现在学生对听力的驱动力上。也就是说，学生的听力成绩提高，同时学生也更加热爱听力。教师要从学生兴趣入手，寻找更加有效的方式，提高学生的听力水平。
