Abstract：

教师的教不能代替学生的学，学生是学习的主人，激发他们学习的求知欲望，教给学生学习的方法，开发学生的智力，促使学生能积极主动地开展学习，使课堂教学真正成为师生共同参与，共同研讨的教学过程，从而促使学生整体素质的提高，这是我们每个教学工作共同追求的目标。
