Abstract：
中职学校生源具有特殊性，大部分同学的文化成绩普遍偏低，学生纪律性、自律性差、心理发展不健全，在校学生的心理健康状况也不容乐观，面对这样的一个群体作为班主任在工作中必须具有牺牲和奉献精神，在工作中要有耐心和责任心，并讲究工作的方式方法。只有这样，才能成为一名优秀的班主任。
