    中小企业发展过程中对于成本管理不重视，就会出现成本管控不到位的情况，这种情况下，难以提升企业的效益，因此，中小企业必须对成本管理提高重视程度，从而注重健全成本费用的管理制度，并指出做好核算工作和成本管理工作，由此使核算人员和成本管理人员认真做好本职工作，如此一来，能够将成本控制好，进而推动中小企业更好地发展。
