    教师应在教学管理上严格要求自己，多倾听学生想法，成为观察者和引导者，给予学生自主思考的空间和合作探讨的机会；多鼓励，多引导，让学生在自主合作学习中获得历史学习的满足感与成就感，从而更积极主动地参与历史学习，也带动高效初中历史课堂的建构。本文主要分析初中历史教学中实施自主合作的探究
