    知识是数学核心素养形成的主要载体，数学活动则是数学核心素养形成的主要路径。数学实践活动必须依据课程标准要求和数学教育规律来设计，应具有实践性、思维性和自主合作性的特点。小学数学活动的设计，应直接聚焦于儿童数学核心素养的培养，聚焦于运算能力、空间想象能力、逻辑推理能力、数据分析观念及决策意识培养等方面，可以放在课前、课中、课后来实施。
