Abstract：
自理能力应该从家庭抓起，要从幼儿阶段开始抓起，做到从小开始学习自我服务，培养幼儿良好的饮食、睡眠、盥洗、排泄等生活习惯和生活自理能力。要首先帮助幼儿们树立自立理念，帮助学会各种自理的技能，并通过家校合作来进行自立能力的有效培养。
