Abstract：

随着我国经济的快速发展，人民对于生活水平的要求越来越高，体育运动不仅能有效保证人民的生命健康，还可促进体育教学的健康发展，本文从体育运动训练的原则展开研究，并从教学需要抓住重点、借鉴专业知识、多种方式相互结合、结合体育训练内容、利用先进科学技术方面，探讨体育运动训练原则对体育教学的启示，以供参考。
