    高职院校积极参与教育制度的改革与创新，重塑培养人才计划、引入新型教学模式、加强校企之间合作。在1+x证书制度的推行下，有助于激发高职院校学生自主学习的积极性，还能有效提升高职院校学生的就业水平。本文通过阐述1+x证书制度的提出对高职院校提升学生就业水平进行研究并提出1+x证书制度对高职院校提高学生就业水平的具体策略。
