Abstract：
针对医学基础课《病原生物与免疫学》中免疫学部分抽象难懂的特点，应用PPT动画制作的功能，将教学重点难点内容制作成动画微课，以提高教学效果。本文通过示例介绍了运用PPT制作动画微课的详细过程，以期对免疫学教学有所帮助。
