Abstract：
城建档案在管理的过程中最主要的价值就在于其记载了城市在发展建设中的全过程。不但包含了已建工程的维修与改建，还包括城市在建设中的相关活动，在今后的城市扩建过程中，它还将提供更多的资源信息，为城市的建设与发展提供重要的依据。处于经济快速发展的新时期，加强城建档案的管理和开发利用尤为重要。所以有必要对城建档案管理及开发利用相关内容进行分析。
