小学数学培优辅差策略的探索与实施

Abstract：

小学数学教师在开展面向全体学生的教学活动中，要想保障整体教学效果，需要加强对优等生和差生的关注，采取培优辅差的教学策略，提高全体学生的学习兴趣和水平，让学生具有可持续发展的能力。本文对小学数学教学现状进行分析，提出了小学数学培优辅差的具体策略，期望能为相关教育研究提供有利参考。
