    高等教育改革发展的国际经验梳理分析，对于中国高等教育《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》收官并开启《中国教育现代化2035》新阶段，具有重要的研究价值和现实意义。本文聚焦马来西亚公立高校企业化管理发展实践，分析成功经验和存在的问题，进一步探究高等教育的发展和改革规律，借鉴国外经验，并为中国高等教育改革发展提供经验启示。
