    Abstract：

    近年来，我国越来越重视体育教学，但是总是有一些影响因素，使得体育教学质量仍不能达到最佳效果。当今社会需要的是具有身强体魄和思想的人才。强身健体是支撑学生竞争力的基础，是学生能力得到有效培养和提升的重要手段。新的教育改革提出提高体育教学质量要通过培养学生体育兴趣的方式来进行。文章主要对中专体育教学的重要性进行了分析，简要介绍了现阶段中专体育教学的现状，详细研究了以培养体育兴趣来提升中专体育教学质量的措施。
