Abstract：
办公自动化简称OA，它基于计算机技术，通过网络，协助各单位内部员工快速便捷处理公文，有限范围内共享资源，线上进行工作流程的申请审批及各类信息的统一管理。OA无纸化、规范化和高效的特点使其在我国近二十年得以快速推广和使用。本文以中职学校开发的OA办公自动化系统设计与实现，讨论了关键性技术。
