    Abstract：

    随着我国经济的发展，人们的生活水平提高，人们更加注重精神方面的提升。因此，在教育层面上，也开始提出“工匠精神”。教师在中职物理课程教学工作的开展中，要充分注重转变人才培养的方向，注重将学生“工匠精神”培养作为要点积极优化设计，提高学生物理知识学习的积极主动性，在这一基础工作方面得以强化，才能真正有助于提升课堂教学的质量。
