    在幼儿教育教学过程中，教师的工作价值不仅要能够给学生组织和安排有趣的教学活动，并且也能在学生活动的过程中，对学生进行细致的观察。教师在观察学生时，要能够有一定的观察方法和观察技能。教师的全面观察能捕捉到幼儿生的细致表现，才能根据学生的情况制定更好的教学策略。
