    Abstract：

    我国整体经济建设的快速发展，人们生活水平的不断提高，使得我国对于能源的需求与日俱增。近来年，我国的能源问题始终都是最受关注的热门话题。资源能源短缺已经成为影响我国综合实力进步与发展的主要因素。在国内能源危机不断出现的背景下，建筑土建工程施工中的能源损耗问题也逐步显现。经实践证实，节能施工技术在此工程中的有效应用对于改善能源问题已有了很大成效，但仍需要对该技术进行不断的优化，不断提升施工人员的节能意识。
