    Abstract：

    电力调度是我国电力系统运行中的一项重要内容，其运行质量对我国电力系统整体运行质量有着重要影响。电力调度运行过程中仍然存在一些运行问题，严重影响了电力系统的正常运行和电力企业的供电质量。因此，电力调度可以降低电力系统的安全系数，保证电力系统的正常运行。
