    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快，民用建筑的数量不断增加，人们对其质量提出了更高的要求。因为预应力混凝土技术具有强度高、抗裂性好、消耗少等优点，被广泛应用于土木工程建设。对此，文章首先分析了预应力混凝土技术的概念，指出了其施工要点，并对其具体应用进行了分析，以供参考。
