    Abstract：

    目前我国的护理教学体系较为完善，提高了护理教学的质量。在实际的教学中，教师可以采用层次教学法，结合学生的不同层次，采取针对性的教学措施，能够提高学生的专业学习水平，确保学生护理知识学习的有效性，实现学生长远发展。笔者结合多年护理教学经验，对层次教学策略的概念及其在护理教学中的应用进行探讨。
