随着时代的发展，社会对于人才思想品德素质的要求也越来越高，促使学校教育不仅要传授知识，更要传授做人、做事的道理。初中阶段是学生人生观、价值观、世界观形成的关键阶段，教师尤其是班主任重视学生德育工作，帮助学生形成健康的人格和正确的思想道德观念，为学生的长远发展奠定基础。
