    Abstract：

    随着5G时代的到来，电子信息的覆盖，使越来越多的人由纸质阅读转变为电子阅读。在网络环境的冲击下，中专图书馆应如何发展，是现在越来越多的人所关注的问题。本文以网络环境下的中专图书馆为研究对象，重点分析了中专图书馆应对网络冲击时的措施，以期使网络环境下的中专图书馆更好的顺应潮流的发展。
