    基于核心素养内涵与体育教育理念，探索体育与健康课教学新思路，从快乐的玩、引导式的教、兴趣的学和探究式的问四个方面探讨体育与健康课面临的问题，以培养高中生健康意识和行为、运动能力、体育品德为导向，教学并用，激发运动乐趣，树立终身体育意识，促进全面发展。本文对“核心素质”下高中体育与健康课的“教、学、玩、问”一体化进行研究。
