Abstract：
新课改的不断深入使得教师们在教学方式上出现了很多的变化，以学定教，因材施教是新课改中两个十分重要的理念，初中是学生学习的重要阶段，初中数学则是初中学生们必须要接触的一门基础性课程，但由于每个学生前期所打下的基础不同，学习能力上也存在着差异，初中数学在难度上的提升使得同学们在学习过程中倍感压力，因而逐渐出现严重的两极分化，因此老师在教学时应当注意关注每个学生的进度，做到分层教学！
