Abstract：
学习习惯是指学生在较长的学习过程中，被多次重复、练习，或多次强化、巩固下来的自动化了的生理及心理操作方式，是不易改变的学习行为。良好的学习习惯形成之后，将有利于提高学习效率，而且有利于自学能力的培养，达到事半功倍的效果。所以，化学教师应注重培养学生良好的学习习惯。
