Abstract：

近年来，随着建筑行业的不断发展，企业面临的竞争日益激烈。由于传统建筑能耗十分严重，对环境造成的污染破坏矛盾日益突出，因此为促进建筑业实现可持续发展，积极发展绿色智能建筑至关重要。绿色智能建筑不仅可以改善环境，还可以减少对资源、能源的消耗。
