    Abstract：

    档案管理对于任何一个单位都是非常重要的组成部分，在事业单位的管理过程中，档案管理工作更是非常重要的，涵盖政治、服务等综合性的工作内容，在日常工作中也是占据重要位置，同时也是事业单位开展工作的前提。事业单位在进行档案管理工作中，对于管理工作的特点，最重要的就是保密性，以政策性为主导。本文通过对事业单位档案管理的现状进行探讨，并针对其存在的问题，提出改进建议。
