Abstract：
数学是小学教学科目中最重要的学科之一，在一定程度上能够锻炼学生的思维方式与逻辑能力。从分析新课程下小学数学教学中存在的问题出发，如课堂管理同一化、合作意识缺乏等，并针对具体的问题给出相应的措施，希望能给相关教学人员在日后的数学教学过程中提供参考。
