    笔者在多年的英语教学工作中，在英语调研过程中发现，要提高英语教育教学水平，保证课堂教学质量，仅凭一堂精彩的新课是不够的。还要在课后的反省上有所改进。在传统的教学过程中，我们一般只注重课前备课和上课。
