Abstract：
应对世界经济形势的变化，中职学校开展了教学诊断与改进工作，英语学科作为基础文化课，肩负着技能型人才基本素质的育人作用，如何有效进行中职英语教学是笔者在自己实际教学工作中的一些感悟加以整理，以期与奋战在中职教学一线的英语教师商讨，寻求符合职教学生特色的有效英语教学形式，提升学生英语学习的信心和积极性，提高教学效率和效果。
