Abstract：
英语听力理解能力和英语口语、拼写等组成了英语学习的全部内容，初中阶段学生的英语学习提升了难度，大部分学生反映听力是他们学习英语过程中的一个难关。基于此，本文作者结合自己的教学实践，提出了教学过程中重视英语听力、采用全英文教学，强化英语发音、强化英语听力测试，抓住听的重点、运用现代教学手段优化听力教学等提高初中英语教学学生听力理解能力的有效策略。
