Abstract：

进入21世纪以来，随着新课程改革的不断推进，学校管理模式也正慢慢发生改变。但在改革的过程中也遇到了极多的困难和挑战，一些学校仍然遵守着传统教育模式的管理模板，墨守成规，毫无创新，而另一些学校，从老式教育管理模式中吸取经验，创新管理模式，久而久之，学校的升学率和知名率逐渐提升。
