    Abstract：

    “三教”改革中教师是根本和关键，新教师作为高职院校教师队伍的生力军，推动成长的决定性因素应该是内在因素。所以，新教师应该明晰自我成长的目标，从重视职业道德养成，做好职业生涯规划，加强职业知识储备，逐步提高教学水平，不断强化“双师素质”等方面探求自我成长的路径。
