    Abstract:

    “三教”改革中教师是根本和关键,新教师作为高职院校教师队伍的生力军,推动成长的决定性因素应该是内在因素。所以,新教师应该明晰自我成长的目标,从重视职业道德养成,做好职业生涯规划,加强职业知识储备,逐步提高教学水平,不断强化“双师素质”等方面探求自我成长的路径。
