Abstract：
德育教学在现代教育中的地位愈发突显，基于综合素质教育的宏观背景，教育已经不单单是关注学生的成绩结果，更加注重的是其综合素质的全面性发展，因此加强德育一体化教育，构建学习能力和德育能力的双重发展成为现代初中班级文化建设过程中的重要课题。故而在德育一体化的教学理念下，对于初中班级文化的构建已经成为当前教学迫在眉睫的首要任务之一。
