Abstract：
对于正处于青春时期的初中学生而言，班主任是在学校生活中与自己接触最多的老师，因此，班主任应该肩负责任，通过有效的教学手段和自身的榜样作用等等来影响学生心理健康环境的形成和发展。在德育教育过程中，教师应该落实积极心理学的应用，让积极心理学在德育教育工作中发挥积极影响，推动学生朝着正确的方向前进，帮助学生养成积极乐观的生活态度。
