Abstract：
宪法学是新时代背景下学术型研究生课程中的重点内容，针对学术型研究生的教学模式不应囿于传统的培养模式，更应引导学生将研究重点转移到推动宪法实施和保障的实践研究中。教学模式新探索包括课前思考、课中展示、课后实操，依托大学生创新创业计划，突破宪法学教学的单一模式。
