Abstract：
有些学生由于自身的不成熟，以及来自家庭社会种种不良因素的影响，心理上形成了不健康的因素。这些不健康的心理，与素质教育下的育人要求是格格不入的。作为一名教育工作者，对学生进行心理健康教育，既是素质教育的有机组成部分，也是老师的一项艰巨的任务。
