试论学校安全文化建设的基本策略

Abstract：

学校安全文化是学校教育活动中一项重要的组成部分，是以人为本，保护师生的身心健康，尊重师生的生命，实现师生的安全价值的文化。学校安全文化建设要落实在学校的管理制度中，将安全标准落实在教育教学过程中，通过安全文化建设，提高学校各级管理人员和师生的安全自觉性，以文化的力量保障学校财产安全和师生人身安全。
