Abstract：
在素质教育理念下，初中教育更注重对学生核心素养的培养以及思想道德品质的培养。班主任在班级建设对学生发展起着至关重要的作用，班主任在日常的工作中要秉持思政课程思想，明确教育的重要作用。对此，本文将对思政课程思想在班主任工作中的主导性和主体性进行分析。
