    在核心素养理念之下，关心小学学生的健康成长，已经成了很多小学班主任教师在班级管理工作进程中重视的问题。学生核心素养包含学生健康成长、快乐生活。在新一轮基础教育课程改革的不断推进下，班主任教师应该意识到自身的引领作用，合理进行班级管理，实现学生全面发展。
