    我国现在的教育制度主要是培养全面发展的人才，不仅注重书本知识的教育，还要注重学生身心的健康发展，小学阶段的学生正处于逐渐形成品德和性格的过程。他们这阶段要格外关注学生课外实践活动，对于足球的关注度较少，足球一直没有得到大家的重视，学校也没有为学生提供专门锻炼足球的机会。如何抓好小学校园足球梯队建设是现阶段比较重要的任务。
