Abstract：

随着素质教育的全面推进，德育工作的重要性日益突出。小学是培养良好品行的关键时期，教师作为学生的领路人，理应教育这道必答题。但由于方法老旧、经验缺失，导致未能达到预期效果。要想打开这个局面，需要教师从理论研究中汲取思路，从实务操作中积累经验，抓实德育工作，促进学生的全面发展。
