    Abstract：

    在如今社会经济快速发展的时代，也促进了素质教育的提升，教育科研势必成为教育事业的重要内容。而教师作为教育教学的核心人物，应响应“科教兴国，科研强国”的号召，积极参与到教育科研的工作中来。但就目前来说，农村的教育水平低，教育成本低，在教育科研工作上表现为有心而无力，因此农村教师教育教研的现状很令人堪忧。
