Abstract：
图书馆储存着大量的图书资源，承担着提高人民群众整体文化水平的职责，在信息化时代下，传统纸质图书受到电子信息技术的影响，面临的挑战逐渐提升，只有提高信息技术的使用水平，才能吸引更多的读者，扩大图书馆的社会影响力，其中图书资料管理人员的综合素质是提高信息化水平的关键，需要创建高素质管理人才队伍，有效加强信息技术在图书资料管理中的运用，本文主要针对当前图书馆图书资料管理人员的现状进行分析，为提高图书资源管理效率而提出策略。
