    学生每天学习的绝大部分时间都是在班级里完成的，一个班集体的文化氛围会直接影响到每个学生的学习和成长。因此，班级文化越来越受到大众的关注。随着素质教育的不断深入，对班级文化建设也提出了更高的要求，以往的很多班级文化已经不能满足时代发展的需要，亟待需要变革，本文将针对如何有效的进行班级文化的变革，促进学生的健康成长进行深入的探讨。
